And, this one especially?!?

What a lover little Benson John is.

He's sleeping wonderfully.

He's quick to smile.

He's patient.

And . . . he LOVES me.

Aunt Kristi was nice enough to spend her morning taking pictures of Benson.

She was also nice enough to let me do the editing in photoshop, the fun stuff!

Here is a picture of the Ellingson clan right before the family christmas party.

Brother J.R. wasn't able to make it . . . and he was missed . . . terribly.

Especially by the kiddos.

They love their Uncle J.R.

The party was a little nuts with 13 kids 6 and under in attendance.

Annie and Ben were there for the with Will and Kate so that is where the extra two kiddos came from.

We loved being together regardless of the craziness.

Of course . . . the "updated" family picture is already outdated.

Caralee and Spencer welcomed Eliza Alldredge into their family two days after the party.

He's beautiful - this picture doesn't do him justice, but we'll post many, many more tomorrow. I was induced 5 days early, which was a DREAM come true!

He weighed in a 8 lbs., 13 oz, and was 21 inches long. I'm glad I didn't have to wait until after my due date like I did with Lily! They grow at a 1/2 pound per week the last 4 weeks, so he would have been BIG.

He's got lots of dark hair and it's so cute, so I'll get some pics with his cute hair tomorrow. He's got David's mouth/nose, and we can't tell on the eyes yet, but we're just happy that there is some Dave in him.

He's healthy as can be, and nursing great. Lily came by several times yesterday and was very sweet with him. She only acted jealous once. Again I will post lots of pics and more details on the delivery tomorrow!

When oh when . . . ?

Ok - it's time to vote. I need some guesses on how much you all think this little man is going to weigh, and when he is actually going to arrive!?!

Lily was 3 days late (I was induced), and a healthy 8 lbs. 8 oz. I'm due on March 24th.

On a side note, my husband asked me the other day if he should wear the same shirt to the hospital when we have this baby. He was KIND of joking, but, can I really say no? After all I wore the same shirt in THREE different school pictures, and they weren't even three consecutive years . . .

Where's my baby?

Does anyone know what happened to my BABY?? It's funny how quickly they go from baby to toddler, it's like it happened overnight. I can't believe how much Lily is changing. She's learning and growing so fast. Dave is about to go out-of-town for nine days, and I'm afraid he won't recognize Lily when he gets back, ha ha...

I took these pictures of Lily and downloaded them onto the computer and it hit me how her little chubby babyface isn't so chubby anymore. Is it time to start trying for another little chubbyfaced munchkin??
