Lily got an adorable angle cut bob from my friend
BROOKE today. Amazingly she sat quite still and ate her "lollipop", as she kept calling it. She looks so grown up with the new haircut . . . she's gonna be two in three weeks!
Cannon-baby-ball (that's Lily's name for him) got a haircut too but I haven't taken a good post-haircut picture yet. You can see below that he is in desperate need of a trimming! I didn't really want to have to cut my three month old's hair, but it was just gettin' scraggly.

Lily is loving Cannon these days. This morning I was getting ready and Cannon was laying on our bed hanging out. I went into the another room to get a skirt to wear and I come back and Lily has jumped on the bed and is doing patty cake with Cannon's feet. And yes, she's listened to me do it and knows all the words
(imagine that). Cannon was just giggling at her . . . it warmed my heart right up!

Here's my little man's
flirtatious smile. It takes little to no prompting to get a smile out of our Cannon.

This is a picture of Lil' (before the haircut) that my
sister-in-law Kristi took. Isn't it cute?
I love my babes. In other news, I'm back to work part-time and liking it . . . for now. It's been interesting trying to build relationships with new brokers. I haven't done that for years, I've just maintained existing relationships. We'll see how it goes. It's definitely worth trying to make it work. My company is letting me pick my brokers, work 20 hours/week, have benefits, and work from home! I'm trying to stay motivated but it's hard when I just want to be with the kiddos!
Dave is still loving work and is very busy, so that's good! We haven't really made any new progress on the house, but Dave's brother and good friend Phil are coming over tomorrow afternoon to work on the yard. I'll post some updated pictures of the house soon!
